region of Azeitão and Palmela. You'll begin this tour at
the magnificent Castle of Palmela where you can overlook both estuaries,
Sado's and Tejo's. You'll then go along back roads known only to
locals and shepherds to São Simão, famous for it's
tile artisans. Past the beautiful Bacalhoa Palace, the precious
legacy from Afonso de Albuquerque, the famous India Vice-Roy, you'll
get a taste of award winning wines in one of the oldest Portuguese
wine producers and get a glimpse of its renowned private collection
of wines.
